Ivano Ascari Solo Concert

Italian trumpet virtuoso Ivano Ascari was born in Italy in 1958. At the age of 10 he started playing the trumpet which became his greatest passion. He performed with some of the most prestigious Symphony Orchestra including the Teatro alla Scala in Milan and the Symphony Orchestra in Budapest.  As one of the founding member of the Verona Brass Ensemble he performed throughout Europe, China and the United States. He produced several albums; his last work “New Music for Trumpet” was released in October 2011.

The Concert is organized in collaboration with the United Pugliesi Federation and Director and Composer Davide Zannoni. A reception with the artist will follow.
